Refund policy

We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your Pup Stack. Whether you're returning a product that didn’t work out or dealing with a rare defect, we’re here to help.

Below you'll find our policies for returns and warranty coverage, based on your situation.

30‑Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your Pup Stack if you simply changed your mind or you realize the Pup Stack is not a good fit for you and your dog.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in like-new, resalable condition, free of damage, dirt, or excessive wear, and include all original components and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request within the 30-day return window, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

90‑Day Defect Warranty

  • If you discover a manufacturing or workmanship defect within 90 days of delivery, we’ve got you covered.
  • We will provide a return shipping label so you can ship the item back to us.
  • Once we’ve inspected the product, we’ll either:
    • Repair the item, or
    • Send you a free replacement — whichever makes the most sense based on the issue.
  • Warranty coverage includes all parts of the Pup Stack. Wear-and-tear, misuse, or damage from improper use is not covered under this warranty.

Defect After 90 Days

  • Defects reported after the initial 90-day period may still be eligible for replacement or repair at our discretion.
  • However, return shipping is not covered after 90 days; the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Our team will evaluate the issue, and based on the nature of the defect, we may:
    • Offer a full replacement,
    • Provide a discounted replacement, or
    • Recommend another appropriate solution.

General Conditions

  • Defective items must be returned in reasonably intact condition with original packaging where possible.
