Meet Lexi — The Little Fighter Who Makes Every Day Brighter

Lexi came into Samuel’s life eight years ago from a breeder in Georgia. The 12-pound Morkie was his family’s first dog, and she quickly became the center of so much love in their home.

More than anything, Lexi loves being outside. When Samuel comes home from work and asks, “Who wants to go outside?” she runs to the door and barks until it is time to go. Their daily one-mile walk around the block is one of the best parts of his day and a welcome way to leave stress behind.

That everyday joy became especially meaningful after a frightening health crisis. After what Samuel describes as a serious medication error, Lexi experienced kidney and liver failure and shock. She spent two weeks in the ICU and underwent two operations. Through it all, Samuel’s goal was to help her recover well enough to enjoy the outdoors again.

Lexi fully recovered, and today that energetic little dog is back to doing what she loves. Her family can once again watch her enjoy the grass, sunshine, and people passing by.

Pup Stack has become part of that outdoor time. Samuel appreciates being able to set it on the ground instead of trying to twist a metal corkscrew stake into soil filled with dirt, rocks, and clay. It helps him keep Lexi nearby while he works outside, and the two storage containers keep her treats and water close at hand.

Because Pup Stack is portable, the family can bring it along when they visit Grandma’s house and other places they go together. Lexi gets to be outside with everyone while the rest of the family can focus on what they are doing nearby.

After everything Lexi endured, seeing her happy and healthy outside again means more than an ordinary afternoon in the yard. It is a return to the simple routine she loves—and a reminder of how much determination can fit inside one very small dog.
